Website Terms of Use

The legal terms for using The Raeburn Group’s corporate website, with clear separation between the holding company and each Group business.

Effective: 29 August 2026The Raeburn Holding Group Limited · Company no. 17361231

Important

These are website terms only. Client work, recruitment services, software products and other commercial services are governed by separate terms issued by the relevant legal entity.

01

About these terms

These terms govern use of theraeburngroup.com. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

The website is operated by The Raeburn Holding Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17361231. References to “the Group” describe a collection of separate legal entities and do not make every Group company a party to these website terms.

02

Separate Group companies

Each subsidiary or Group business is a separate legal entity responsible for its own contracts, services, staff, regulatory obligations and liabilities. The holding company does not automatically assume a subsidiary’s obligations and one Group company cannot bind another unless expressly authorised.

Information on this website may describe businesses, capabilities or planned activities across the Group. A description does not itself create a contract, agency, partnership, fiduciary duty, regulated relationship or guarantee that a particular company offers a service in every jurisdiction.

03

Website information is not client terms

This website is primarily corporate and informational. Unless expressly stated otherwise, content is not an offer capable of acceptance and is not professional, legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, employment or other regulated advice.

Paid or bespoke services are governed by the proposal, statement of work, order form, engagement letter, platform terms or other contract issued by the relevant Group company. If those terms conflict with these website terms in relation to the contracted service, the service-specific contract prevails.

04

Permitted and prohibited use

You may access and use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape at abusive scale, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the website in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.

More detailed rules may be set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

05

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, its design, text, graphics, software, branding, trade names and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant Raeburn Group entity and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and make reasonable internal copies of website material for legitimate reference. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, remove notices from, create misleading derivatives of or commercially exploit protected material without permission, except where law expressly allows it.

06

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms or services. Links are provided for convenience and context. Unless expressly stated, we do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

Payment, banking, authentication, recruitment, cloud or other third-party services may also be governed by the provider’s own terms.

07

Accuracy, availability and changes

We take reasonable care over corporate information but do not promise that every page will always be complete, current or error-free. Business structures, capabilities, availability and third-party information can change.

We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or part of the website without guaranteeing continuous availability. We may also update these terms and will publish the revised effective date.

08

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating solely to this free corporate website and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website information where a reasonable user should obtain service-specific or professional advice. For business users, we are not liable under these website terms for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings arising solely from use of the website.

Any liability connected with a paid service is governed by the contract with the relevant Group company rather than this website clause.

09

Privacy, cookies and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. Security information is available through our Trust & Security site.

10

Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms and non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you use the website as a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another court where applicable law provides them.
