Group structure and legal separation
“The Raeburn Group” is a collective brand for The Raeburn Holding Group Limited and businesses associated with it. Each incorporated subsidiary is a separate legal person.
Unless a contract expressly states otherwise, a subsidiary is solely responsible for its own services, contracts and liabilities. The holding company does not automatically guarantee subsidiary obligations, and one Group company cannot bind another merely because both use Raeburn branding.
Contracting entity
Before purchasing or commissioning a service, check the proposal, order form, engagement letter, statement of work or platform terms to identify the legal entity providing the service. That entity—not the Group brand generally—is the contracting party unless the agreement expressly says otherwise.

Regulated activities and professional status
